Privacy and control
Designed to earn your trust.
Caddie moves quickly without taking decisions away from you. These boundaries apply to every search and every application.
A private workspace. Every decision stays yours.
Five boundaries that never change.
The product is built around these rules, so you do not have to find and configure them yourself.
- It never submitsCaddie fills the form and stops. There is no apply-to-everything, and there is no send on your behalf. The employer button remains yours.
- It never signsE-signature fields and type-your-name-to-agree boxes stay empty. Typing a name into those is a legal act. A machine does not perform it.
- It never answers EEO for youDiversity questions default to decline-to-answer. That answer was never the product’s to give.
- It never contacts your employerCurrent-employer contact is closed before you see the form. Your references exclude the company you work for now. Nothing here notifies them.
- It never invents a factIf a number is not in your saved details, it does not appear. Where a claim needs information you have not provided, Caddie asks. Missing information stays visible instead of becoming a guess.
Your name is the asset. The system does not spend it without you.You review the final application before anything moves.
Built into every step.
- Confidential by defaultSensitive actions have explicit boundaries. Your profile stays private, and employer contact is not authorised by default.
- Every fact has a sourceA computed claim is only as open as the most restricted thing it was computed from. Guesswork is not dressed as a score.
- You promote companiesCaddie can propose. It does not put a company on your shortlist for you.
Who built this, and why, is on about. What it costs is on pricing.
