OutsideIn Private Limited
Terms of Service
Last updated 23 August 2026
The short version. Caddie finds senior roles, evaluates them against your spec, and fills application forms from answers you have already given it.
It fills, then stops. It never presses Submit, never signs anything in your name, and never invents a fact about you. Every application that goes out was sent by you.
We cannot get you a job, and nothing here should be read as promising one.

1.This agreement
These terms are between you and OutsideIn Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana (“OutsideIn”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of Caddie — the web application at caddiehq.in and the Caddie browser extension.
By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Caddie.
2.Who may use Caddie
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Caddie is a professional tool for people managing their own careers; an account is personal to you and may not be shared.
3.What Caddie does
- Finds roles from published job boards, applicant tracking systems and company career pages.
- Evaluates them in two directions — whether the role fits what you asked for, and whether your record answers what the role asks.
- Prepares applications by filling an employer’s form from your saved details, and telling you what it could not answer.
- Drafts materials — CV variants and letters — assembled from facts already in your profile.
Evaluations, scores and rankings are assistance, not advice. They are our reading of published information and they can be wrong. The decision about which roles to pursue is yours.
4.What Caddie will never do
These are commitments about the product’s behaviour, and we state them in the contract because they are the reason it can be trusted with an application.
- It never submits. There is no automatic send, no armed mode, no “apply to everything”. Caddie fills the employer’s form and stops. You review it and you press their button.
- It never signs. Typed-name agreements, NDA acknowledgements and e-signature fields are left blank and shown to you, because typing a name into one is a legal act.
- It never answers EEO or diversity questions. Those answers are yours alone to give.
- It never fills government ID, bank or payment fields.
- It never says yes to “may we contact your current employer?”
- It never invents a fact about you. No metric, date, title, qualification or outcome appears in generated text unless it is already in your profile.
Where Caddie cannot answer something honestly, it leaves it blank and tells you. A blank is a readout for you, never permission for us to guess.
5.What is yours to do
Because Caddie does not invent anything, the accuracy of what it uses is on you.
- Your profile must be true. You are responsible for what you put in it, and for every application sent from it.
- Read before you send. Generated drafts are drafts. Check them.
- Honour your own obligations. Confidentiality terms, non-competes and notice periods with your employer are between you and them, and using Caddie does not change them.
6.Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly at hello@caddiehq.in if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
7.The browser extension
The extension runs on supported applicant tracking systems and on caddiehq.in. It reads the form in front of you and fills it from your saved application details. It does not read pages outside those sites, and it does not send those details anywhere other than to the form you asked it to fill.
It is subject to section 4 in full. It has no submit capability — not disabled, but absent.
8.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Caddie to send applications on behalf of anyone but yourself, or to operate a bulk or automated application service.
- Submit information you know to be false.
- Attempt to access another user’s data, or to circumvent the isolation between accounts.
- Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.
- Use Caddie to harass an employer or to breach an employer’s terms.
- Introduce malware, or place unreasonable load on the service.
9.Employers and job boards
Caddie reads published listings and prepares applications on sites we do not control. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and your dealings with an employer — including anything you send them — are between you and that employer.
We do not guarantee that a listing is current, accurate, or that the role exists. We remove listings when we learn they have closed, but we read a large market and there is lag.
10.Pricing and payment
Caddie is one product at one price: ₹1,250 plus 18% GST (₹1,475 total) per quarter, with unlimited roles. Every new account can also open and prepare its first 2 roles free, with no time limit; the charge begins from the third role. Current pricing is on the pricing page, which forms part of these terms.
- This is a quarterly subscription. It renews automatically every three months at the price above, until you cancel.
- We notify you before each renewal charge, at least 24 hours in advance, so a renewal is never the first you hear of it.
- You can cancel anytime. There is no lock-in and no minimum term. Cancelling stops the next charge; the quarter you have already paid for runs to its end.
- Roles are unlimited while the subscription is active. There is no usage cap and no allowance to run out.
- One price covers the complete product. There are no feature tiers.
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes; GST is stated wherever a price is shown, never added only at checkout.
- If we change the price, we tell you before the change takes effect and it applies only from your next renewal — never to a quarter you have already paid for.
11.Intellectual property
Your content stays yours. Your CV, profile, saved application details and spec belong to you. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store it, process it, and produce the outputs you ask for. We claim no ownership and use it for nothing else.
Caddie stays ours. The software, the brand, the marks and the evaluation methods are the property of OutsideIn Private Limited.
12.No guarantee of a job
We do not promise you interviews, offers or employment, and no part of Caddie should be read as promising them. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we neither see nor control.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Caddie does not provide legal, financial, immigration or tax advice. Questions about your right to work, contracts or pay arrangements belong with a qualified professional.
13.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutsideIn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or a role you did not get.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
14.Ending this agreement
You may delete your account at any time, from your Profile. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 8, or where we are required to by law. Except where a breach makes it inappropriate, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing here removes a right you have to bring a matter before a consumer forum or the Data Protection Board of India.
16.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top says when we last did. For material changes we will give reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Caddie after that is acceptance; if you would rather not, close your account.
